Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Installation

5.7L

1. Align locator tang on tensioner with slot in front cover.
2. Install tensioner and mounting bolt to front cover. Tighten bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
