Front Door Latch: Service and Repair
Removal
REMOVAL
1. Raise the front window to the full up position and position the watershield aside as necessary to gain access to the latch assembly. Refer to Front
Door Panel.
2. Disconnect the actuator rods (2) from the exterior handle (1).
3. Disconnect the interior handle actuator rod (3) from the front door latch (1) and remove the rod.
4. Disconnect the door wire harness connector (2) from the front door latch.
