Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair
GRAND WAGONEER, J-10 & 20 TRUCK & 1980-83 CHEROKEE & WAGONEER
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove glove compartment liner and lock striker.
3. Disconnect microphone lead connector from radio, if equipped.
4. Disconnect antenna lead(s).
5. Disconnect power wire connector from fuse panel.
6. Disconnect speaker electrical connectors from radio.
7. Remove rear support bracket from radio.
8. Remove radio control knobs and nuts.
9. Push radio back to clear instrument panel and remove radio through glove compartment.
10. Reverse procedure to install.
