Wagoneer L4-150 2.5L VIN E TBI (1990)
CALIPER ASSEMBLY
1. Coat caliper piston bore, new piston seal and piston with clean, fresh brakefluid.
2. Lubricate caliper slide bushings and interior of bushing boots with GF-661 or Dow 111 silicone grease.
Bushings And Boots Installation
3. Install bushing boots in caliper first. Then insert bushing into boot and push bushing into place.
Seal Installation
4. Install new piston seal in caliper bore. Press seal into seal groove with finger.
Piston And Dust Boot
5. Install dust boot on caliper piston. Slide boot over piston and seat boot in piston groove.
