Inboard Brake Shoe Removal
1. Remove brakeshoes from caliper (if not previously done).
Padding Piston
2. Pad interior of caliper with one or two inch thickness of shop towels. Towels are needed to protect caliper piston during removal.
Caliper Piston Removal
3. Remove caliper piston with one or two short bursts of low pressure compressed air. Direct air through fluid inlet port and ease piston out of bore.
