REFER TO FIGURE 2 FOR FASTENER POSITIONS CALLED OUT IN THE FOLLOWING STEPS. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT
INSTALLATION AND TORQUE SEQUENCE BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO ENSURE CORRECT EXHAUST MANIFOID TO CYLINDER
HEAD SEALING.
5.
Install washer clamp, PN 33004255, and bolt at position 1 and tighten to 41 N-m (30 ft.lbs.) torque.
6.
Install bolts and washers at positions 2 through 5 and tighten to 31 N-m (23 ft. lbs.) torque.
7.
Tighten end stud nuts (positions 6 and 7) to 31 N-m (23 ft.lbs.) torque.
8.
Complete remainder of installation per Service Manual procedures.
