Based on requests from the dealer network a Land Rover initiative has been introduced that generates new Service Repair Operation times which cover diagnostic time when using testBook. The new times cover all model derivatives within the Land Rover product range and should be used when undertaking any vehicle diagnostics using TestBook. These times are additional to existing codes for replacement of components and should be loaded alongside existing codes if TestBook has been used when submitting warranty claims.

ACTION REQUIRED

Ensure all Warranty personnel and Workshop Technicians are made aware of this initiative.
