Following changes in the manufacturing process it has become necessary to introduce two new special tools.

Range Rover Classic and Discovery Remover-Differential pinion flange centralising peg LRT-51-008, Uk list price = £54.40 plus taxes and carriage.

This tool is a mandatory holding requirement for all dealers

NOTE: This bulletin replaces issue 1 numbered A/D856. The bulletin number on issue 1 is incorrect. Please remove the front bulletin sheet and replace with issue 2. Retain the order form attachment supplied with issue 1.

Section 51-Overall, page 1, Remove pinion rear axle differential only.

The information contained in item 7 relating to the special service tools has changed, service tools MS284 and LST 284-1 are no longer required, and have been replaced by service tool LST-51-008, please amend your workshop manuals accordingly.
