Replace the damaged plastic film.

6)

Refit the graphics assembly to the tunnel and fit the securing screws, do not tighten at this stage. 

7)

Locate the graphics assembly central to the gear selector lever and lightly tighten the fixings.

8)

Select all gears to ensure no side load is applied to the ball located in the film.

9)

Tighten all four fixings.

10)

Refit the console assembly (Refer to section 76 of the workshop manual).
