Pry apart the two clips securing the PCB. (Arrowed Figure 2)

NOTE:

To prevent contamination, the PCB must only be handled by its edges.

Remove the PCB from the cover.

5.

Position the new front cover face down.

NOTE:

The button moulding and all edges must fit flat in the cover. Figure 3 shows the correct order in which the components are fitted together.

6.

Insert the new button cover into the front cover.

CAUTION:

Do not force the PCB during installation as the components can be damaged.

7.

Align the PCB to the front cover and carefully secure it into place.

8.

Check that the PCB is level with the cover and that the battery is fully engaged.
