If the Date/Week white label is attached to the inside of the original cover, copy it onto the label supplied in the kit.

Install the new label to the new rear cover in a similar position. (Figure 4)

11.

Align the front and rear covers.

12.

Press the front and rear covers together.

13.

Check for smooth operation of the buttons and that the handset unlocks/locks the vehicle.

14.

If the handset does not unlock/lock the vehicle, follow the procedure to resynchronise the handset.

RESYNCHRONISATION PROCEDURE

1.

Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and disarmed.

2.

Remove the battery from the handset.

3.

Press and hold down a handset button for 10 seconds.

4.

Replace the battery.

5.

Position the handset front cover to the rear cover ensuring that they are correctly aligned.

6.

Press the front and rear covers together ensuring that they are fitted correctly together.

7.

Press the lock button 5 times while pointing the plip at the vehicle receiver to resynchronise the handset to the vehicles

8.

Resynchronise spare handsets following steps 1 through 7.
