REMOVAL

1.

Loosen top (long) bolt Remove and discard the old heat shield.

2.

Disconnect the CKP multiplug.

3.

Remove lower (short) bolt, and remove CKP sensor.

INSTALLATION

1.

Position the new CKP sensor, and install new lower bolt.

2.

Tighten to 6 Nm (54 lbf.in.).

3.

Install new heat shield, making sure to route wiring harness into the cut-out in the heat shield.

4.

Install top bolt and tighten to 6 Nm (54 lbf.in.).
