SITUATION:

VEHICLE LEANS

Some vehicles may not sit level in an unloaded condition.

RESOLUTION:

IDENTIFY THE CAUSE OF THE LEANING

In order to correct the body lean, it is necessary to determine the cause of the problem. Follow the procedures below to determine the cause and the
remedy for the complaint.

NOTE:

The repairs outlined in this TIB are to be performed to resolve customer complaint of the symptoms described.

PARTS INFORMATION:

ANR3477

Brown/Green rear road spring

NTC8572

Pink/Red/Yellow rear road spring

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

64.20.01

Time 0.50 hrs.
Install one rear road spring

64.20.02

Time 0.75 hrs.
Install both rear road springs

FAULT CODE: A

Normal warranty policy and procedures apply

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

IDENTIFY REASON FOR VEHICLE LEAN

1.

Verify tire pressures are correct and tire condition is acceptable.

2.

Remove any heavy cargo from inside the vehicle.

3.

Place the vehicle on a smooth level surface (i.e. your lift).
