Release the heater control cables from the clips on the heater casing on both the LH and RH sides of the vehicle. (Arrowed in Figure 1 and Figure
2).

Hold RH heater control in the maximum clockwise position (heat) and secure the RH heater control cable to the clip on the heater casing.

6.

Hold LH heater control in the maximum clockwise position (heat) and secure the LH heater control cable to the clip on the heater casing.

7.

Turn the heater controls to minimum and maximum to verify that each control operates correctly.

8.

Repeat steps 4 through 7 on either cable if it is jammed or bounce still occurs.

9.

Install and secure the driver's side lower dash panel.

10.

Install the glove box and secure with the four removed bolts.

11.

Install and secure the passengers side lower dash panel.
