Release fasteners and remove the battery cover.

3. Refer to RAVE/GTR Workshop Manual General Information - Electrical Precautions - Battery Disconnection and disconnect the battery ground lead.

WARNING:

Waiting ten minutes to ensure all elements of the SRS system are de-energized is an important precaution before commencing work.

Refer to RAVE/GTR Workshop Manual section 76.25.01 and remove the centre console.

5.

Remove the screw securing the foot well heating duct (Arrowed in Figure 1).

6.

Remove the duct.

7.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the handbrake switch (Figure 2).
