DETAIL

RE-ISSUE OF POLICY. The policy relating to power steering boxes within warranty was amended from the 1st February 1993. The aim of the amendment is to reduce the incidence of repairs to the steering box component parts by increasing the authority to replace complete units without prior consultation. The table shown over leaf of this bulletin links the appropriate repair to the confirmed symptom. The warranty information contained in this bulletin supersedes bulletin 102/92 and 017/93. Please amend your copy.

NOTE: The warranty claim may be rejected if the full procedure in this bulletin is not followed precisely. Note: This bulletin supersedes bulletin 57/01/96/EN due to additional text on pages 2 and 3

ACTION REQUIRED

When investigating power steering issues confirm diagnosis and refer to policy shown.
