5 .  

 
Disconnect the purge line at the emission canister line.  

 
 
6 .  Carry out the procedures in order, from the instruction sheet supplied with the EVAPS diagnostic testing station 310-
115 (LRA-19-004) or (LRA-19-005A).  
 
 
7 .  When a leak is detected, replace the component as necessary and repeat the test to validate the repair.  
 
 
8 .  Connect the purge line to the emission canister line.  

 
 
9 .  Disconnect the special tool from the purge line.  

 
 
10 .  Disconnect T4 from the vehicle.  

 

 

Connect the special tool. 

 

   CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing components, ensure the area around the joint faces and 

connections are clean. Plug open connections to prevent contamination. 

 

Release the clip. 

 

 

Clean the component mating faces.

 

 

Secure with the clip. 

 

 

Clean the component mating faces.

 

 

Connect the purge line.
