Transmission (37.20.02.99)  

Installation

1 . 

  Position the transmission to the transmission jack.

2 . 

  With assistance, install the transmission. 

Clean the component mating faces. 

Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm (30 lb.ft).

3 . 

  Connect the gearbox breather line.

4 . 

  Secure the gearbox breather line support bracket.

Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft). 

5 . 

  Install the turbocharger support bracket. 

Tighten the M8 bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

Tighten the nut to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

Tighten the M10 bolts to 40 Nm (30 lb.ft).

6 . 

  Install the exhaust cross-over pipe center support bracket.

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

7 . 

  Install the exhaust cross-over pipe LH and RH support brackets. 

Align the exhaust cross-over pipe support bracket assembly. 

Tighten the bolts evenly to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

8 . 

  Secure the wiring harness to the transmission.

Connect the electrical connectors. 

Tighten the Torx screws. 

9 . 

  Install the clutch fluid damper.

10 . 

  Connect the clutch fluid hose. 

Clean the components. 

Install the clip. 

Remove the hose clamp.

11 . 

  Install the 2 clips. 

12 . 

  Install the fuel line to the clips.
