Should a customer express concern, install a new driver seat module following the Repair Procedure in this bulletin.

NOTE: 

All other mirror issues other than those described in the Condition Summary will require further investigation to be carried out as a separate
Warranty Claim. DDW requires the use of causal part numbers. Labor only claims must show the causal part number with a quantity of zero.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

CONFIRM MEMORY SEAT FEATURE IS PRESENT AND REPLACE CONTROL MODULE

NOTE:

Automatic mirror dipping is a feature unique to vehicles with driver's seat memory.

Confirm that the vehicle has driver's seat memory.

2.

Raise the driver's seat to highest position to gain access.
