SUBJECT Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) Valve Block With Seperate Driver Box

MODEL AFFECTED VEHICLES

Range Rover All Range Rover with electronic Air Suspension.

DETAIL

To improve serviceability the EAS valve block has been modified to allow replacement of its two main components. The valve block and driver box are now both serviced individually as spare parts.

Vehicles BEFORE VIN LH 647328: When replacing an old style valve block with the latest part which has a detachable driver box, the extra electrical cable should be tie wrapped to the valve block as shown in the illustration. Position the leads from the driver box to the white connector over the top of the valve block to ensure it does not get trapped under the solenoids. Vehicles AFTER VIN LH 647328: If the new valve block is diagnosed as being faulty the attached flowchart should be used to determine which part of the assembly requires changing

ACTION REQUIRED

Fix on customer complaint.
