Seat Belt Retractor: All Technical Service Bulletins
Recall 88V034000: Seat Belt Retractor Lock Mechanism

A nylon pivot pin in the seat belt retractor lock mechanism may be too large in diameter. The nylon material swells in the presence of atmosphere
humidity and can restrict movement of a locking pawl which activates the belt locking mechanism.

Inspection of all vehicles and replace any suspect belt assembly.
