Using the special tool, install the HO2S.
^
Clean the components.
^
Apply an anti-seize compound to the thread of the sensor.
^
Tighten the HO2S to 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs).
3. NOTE: Do not tighten the retaining clamp at this stage.
Install the LH catalytic converter.

Clean the components.
^
Install the retaining clamp.
4. Attach the exhaust hangers.
5. Position the RH catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold.

Clean the components.
^
Tighten the new nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs).
6. Position the LH catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold.
^
Clean the components.
^
Tighten the new nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs).
7. Align the LH catalytic converter and tighten the retaining clamp to 55 Nm (40 ft. lbs).
