Roof Opening Panel Motor

Service Repair No - 76.84.07

Removal

1. Remove the overhead console.
2. Remove the roof opening panel motor.

Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.

^

Remove the 3 screws.

Installation

1. Install the roof opening panel motor.

Tighten the bolts to 5 Nm (4 ft. lbs.).

^

Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).

^

Connect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.

2. Install the overhead console.
3. If the roof opening panel motor is to be replaced, the one touch and anti-trap function will become inoperative. Close the roof opening panel and

continue to hold the switch for a further 20 seconds to allow the sunroof to complete a full cycle. This will complete the roof opening panel
calibration routine and reset these functions.
