License Plate Lamp: Description and Operation
License Plate Lamps
Two license plate lamps are located in the trim above the license plate in the lower tail door. The lamps are press fitted in their apertures and secured by
an integral plastic clip.
Each lamp uses a 5 W festoon type bulb. The LCM monitors the bulbs and, if a failure is detected, alerts the driver via the instrument cluster message
center.
