5.

Disconnect the air pipes from the inline connector (Figure 1) adjacent to the compressor multiplug as follows:

Depress collets into the inline connector. Pull and withdraw both pipes from connector.

6.

Remove and discard plugs from the new pressure release valve (MAV500010K).

7.

Connect the new pressure release valve to the air pipes (Figure 2).

8.

Position the safety valve on its side adjacent to the original line connector.

CAUTION:

The body grommet can be disturbed during this repair sequence. It must is correctly fitted to prevent water ingress.

9.

Ensure the body grommet (Arrowed in Figure 2) is correctly positioned to seal the body opening.

10.

Install spare wheel cover and secure in clips.

11.

Close parcel shelf and close the rear tailgates.

CONDUCT TESTBOOK/T4 CONFIGURATION

1.

Connect TestBook/T4 to the vehicle.

2.

Load New Range Rover disc DJL0D06 or later and select "System Diagnostics".

3.

Follow the on-screen instructions and select "Air Suspension".

4.

Follow the on-screen instructions and select "Vehicle Maintenance".

NOTE:

The TestBook/T4 routine below will instruct the operator to replace the ECU. This step should be ignored.
