NOTE:

It may be necessary to apply a drop of adhesive to the block to hold it in place until the panel is reinstalled. Ensure block is not applied in the relief
area for the actuator arm (there is a slight depression in the panel material that identifies this area).

7.

Apply the foam block to the trim panel as shown in Figure 3.

8.

Reinstall the RH panel taking care to ensure the alignment dowel at the top of the panel is properly engaged in the center console.

9.

Ensure foam block stays affixed to panel.

10.

Reinstall the T20 torx screw.

11.

Check that the noise is no longer present.
