Loose Fit of Side Indicator Light in Fender Opening

2003 Range Rover (LM) All

Cause

The underbody wax protection on the inner side of the fenders can run onto the side directional signal assembly retention tab. This can cause the tab to
fail permitting the light to loosen in the opening.

Action

In the event of an owner complaint of loose side indicator lamps, perform the following:

1.

Remove loose directional signal unit from the fender.

2.

Clean any wax residue on the inner side of the fender and the surrounding area of the light opening.

3.

Install new indicator (XGB000011)
