Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Blend Flap Servos - Heater Only

Service repair no - 80.20.04

NOTE: This procedure applies to non air conditioned vehicles. For air conditioned vehicles refer to "Heating and Air Conditioning Servos
Replacement". See: Heating and Air Conditioning Servos 
Removal

1. Open glove box. Remove 5 screws securing glove box liner to fascia.

2. Release glove box liner. Disconnect lamp multiplug.
3. Release cable from glove box latch.
4. Lower glove box liner from fascia gaining access to servo.
5. Drivers Side. Remove fascia closing panel.
6. Remove radio.
7. Remove heater control panel. See: Control Assembly/Service and Repair 
8. Release fascia switch pack. Position aside.
9. Remove 4 bolts securing fascia centre support plate to transmission tunnel and fascia.

10. Remove 2 harness clamps.
