Compressor/Pump: Service and Repair
AIR COMPRESSOR
Remove
WARNING: The air suspension is pressurized to 10 bar (150 lbs/in2) . Dirt or grease must not enter the system. Wear hand, ear and eye safety
standard protection when servicing system.
1. Depressurize system, refer to Air Suspension/Testing and Inspection/Procedures See: Testing and Inspection
2. Remove cover from air supply unit.
3. Release compressor multiplug from casing and disconnect plug.
4. Remove 3 nuts and dished washers securing compressor. Note orientation of dished washers.
