Sunroof / Moonroof Track: Service and Repair

Slide and Guide Channel Assemblies or Sunshade Panel

Service Repair No - 76.82.71/76.82.03

NOTE:  The following servicing of the sunroof assembly can be carried out without removing the complete sunroof assembly. The sunshade panel is
removed by releasing, either the left or right slide and guide channel assembly, instructions 1 to 12.

Remove

1. Remove glass panel assembly.
2. Remove sunroof wind deflector assembly.

3. Remove rear crossmember drain channel.

4. Move the tilt slide rearwards until the location cam is clear of the locator block.
5. Remove the locator block.
