DETAIL
To improve the reliability of spark plugs on all V8 engine derivatives the RN11YCC spark plug (previously used on 4.2 V8) has been introduced from
the above VIN numbers on all V8 engines. The new spark plug has a service life of 30000 miles with no adjustments or cleaning required at intermediate
service intervals.
The new part is directly interchangeable with the previous part and can be fitted to all V8 derivatives built since 1987 it also offers benefits to the
customer in extended life.
ACTION REQUIRED
Fit new spark plugs at 30,000 mile intervals.

Fit new spark plug and apply a tightening torque of 21 Nm (2.1 Kgf/m) (15 lb.ft.).
