SITUATION:

KNOCKING NOISES FROM FRONT OR REAR SUSPENSION

Customer complaints of knocking noises from the front or rear axle areas when cornering may be the result of insufficient clamp applied to front and rear
panhard rods and composite rear radius arms.

RESOLUTION:

When a customer complaint is confirmed on vehicles prior to VIN WA394184, perform both panhard rod and radius arm repairs.
