Air Bag Harness: Service and Repair
Distributed SRS System

Remove

1. Raise the vehicle.

WARNING:  Support on safety stands.

2. Remove battery. 
3. Remove centre console. 
4. Remove passenger air bag module. See: Service and Repair
5. Remove radio.
6. Remove instrument pack binnacle.  
7. Remove 5 screws securing switch pack to fascia.

8. Disconnect switches, clock and temperature sensor. Remove switch pack.
9. Remove 4 screws securing heater control panel.
10. Disconnect multiplugs. Remove control panel.
11. Release door aperture seal adjacent to A post lower trim panels.
12. Driver's side - LHD automatic vehicles only: Remove 3 bolts securing foot rest. Remove toot rest.

13. Remove screw securing each A post lower trim panel. Release panels from sprag clips. Remove both trim panels.
