When fitting a front air suspension height sensor there is the possibility of incorrect installation. As the sensor is hidden from view by the sensors
heatshield, the top or bottom attachment bolts may not pass through the sensor. If this happens, the sensor would be able to rotate around one of the
bolts, and hence will not allow the EAS to be calibrated successfully.

Follow the procedure below to ensure correct fitment of a front height sensor.

PROCEDURE

When fitting the front air suspension height sensor ensure each bolt passes through the outer heat shield and then the sensor.

To ensure correct fitment always fit the bottom fixing bolt first, taking care to secure both the sensor and the heatshield.
