2. Verify torque of actuator arm flange bolts to actuator body. (Figure 1)

3. Check all Vehicle Dynamic system pipe routing:

^ Ensure no pipe-to-frame / body contact

^ Clear any stones / contamination from pipes and shields.

4. Using special tool 204-703 and 204-705, verify torque of front actuator clamp bolts. (Figure 2)

5. Refer to Workshop Manual (GTR) section 501-02: Front End Body Panels 
(76.10.50) and install the engine undershield.

6. Roadtest vehicle to verify any repairs performed.

^ If noise is no longer evident, return vehicle to customer.

^ If noise is still present, continue to 'INSPECT REAR BODY MOUNT DAMPERS' below.

INSPECT REAR BODY MOUNT DAMPERS - REPLACE IF NECESSARY

1. Remove both rear body mount dampers.

2. Roadtest vehicle to determine if noise is still evident:

NOTE:

Vehicles with Dynamic Response must be fitted with rear body mount dampers prior to returning vehicle to customer.

^ If noise is no longer evident, replace the rear body mount dampers (to be carried out as a separate Warranty claim).

^ If noise is still present, install original rear body mount dampers; continue to 'INSPECT FRONT BODY MOUNT DAMPERS' below.

INSPECT FRONT BODY MOUNT DAMPERS

1. Remove both front body mount dampers.

2. Roadtest vehicle to determine if noise is still evident:
