1. Refer to GTR Workshop Manual Section 204-06 (60.60.47) and remove the front stabilizer bar bushings. (Figure 1)

CAUTION:  NO chemical cleaners or degreasers may be applied to the bushing or stabilizer bar.

2. Clean any dust/debris from both the stabilizer bar and the bushing with a clean cloth.

CAUTION:  Ensure the stabilizer mounting bracket fasteners are tightened to the specified value.*

3. Refer to GTR Workshop Manual Section 204-06 (60.60.47) and install the front stabilizer bar bushings.

4. Refer to GTR Workshop Manual Section 204-06 and remove the rear stabilizer bar bushings. (Figure 2)

CAUTION:  Chemical cleaners or degreasers should not be used on the bushing or stabilizer bar.

5. Clean any dust/debris from both the stabilizer bar and the bushing with a clean cloth.

CAUTION:  Ensure the stabilizer mounting bracket fasteners are tightened to the specified value.*

6. Refer to GTR Workshop Manual Section 204-06 and install the rear stabilizer bar bushings.

7. Road test the vehicle to verify that the noise has been eliminated.
