Stabilizer Link: Service and Repair

Stabilizer Bar and Link-Front 

NOTE:  Use the hex holding feature to prevent the studs from turning while removing or installing the stabilizer bar link nuts.

1. Remove the wheel and tire assemblies. 

2. Remove the components in the order indicated in the illustration and table.
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Item 1: Stabilizer Bar Link-to-Lower Arm Nut Removal Note 
1. Tap on the end of the stud to separate the stud from the lower arm.
2. If necessary, pry downward on the stabilizer bar to detach the link from the lower arm.
