Rear Door Window Glass: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear door trim panel. See:
2. Remove the radio speaker and the watershield.
3. Remove the inside weatherstrip.
4. Remove the bolt.
5. Remove the rivets.
CAUTION: Prior to removing the rivet center pins, a suitable block support should be inserted between the door outer panel and the glass to
stabilize the glass during the rivet pin removal. Use a 1/4-inch diameter drill to drill out the remainder of the rivet, using care not to enlarge the
sheet metal holes or damage the plastic retainer and spacer.
