Arm/Disarm Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove the watershield.

4. Disconnect the latch lever from the door lock cylinder.

1. Remove the E-clip.
2. Disconnect the lever.

5. Remove the door disarm switch.

Disconnect disarm switch electrical connector.

NOTE:  The door disarm switch can be installed in more than one position. Before removing the switch from the cylinder it may be necessary to
mark the position of the switch.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
