Seals and Gaskets: Service and Repair
Special Tools
REMOVAL
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle on a hoist.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Remove both halfshafts.
4. Remove left differential seal.

Install the Front Cover Seal Remover and 5 1/2 inch forcing screw (part of Crankshaft Seal Replacer/Cover Aligner) into left differential seal.
NOTE: The differential seal is a two-piece constructed seal.
