Front seat back frames that exhibit a permanent set (twist) are being serviced rather than replaced. Previously published TSB's have instructed
technicians to replace a twisted seat back frame with a new frame of an improved design. Technicians must be reminded not to attempt services to a
twisted seat back frame.
