TSB 84-7-3 is being revised to include the following note to the illustration: "Do not attempt to make this repair by punching a hole in the panel other
than in the location shown. Otherwise, a pocket will be formed which will trap water inside the panel resulting in panel corrosion." The remainder of the
article is unchanged.
