15. Carefully pull the wire harnesses and connectors through the seat cushion and trim cover.

Pull the power lumbar wire harness through the seat cushion and trim cover.

Pull the side air bag wire harness through the seat cushion and trim cover.

Pull the upper TED wire harness through the seat cushion and trim cover (if equipped).
16. Pull the seat backrest pad and trim cover away and remove the front seat adjuster bolts.
17. Slide the seat backrest out of the seat bottom alignment pin, separating the seat backrest from the seat bottom.

While separating the seat backrest from the seat bottom, pull the seat backrest climate control exhaust duct Out of the seat cushion and trim
cover (if equipped).
INSTALLATION
1. Restore the vehicle to operating condition.

Install the affected seat.

Reactivate the supplemental restraint system (SRS).

With all the restraint system diagnostic tools removed, prove out the supplemental restraint system (SRS).
