Navigator 4WD V8-5.4L SOHC VIN L (1998)
4. Remove the center safety belt retractor.
1. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
2. Remove the retractor.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
