48. Install the shift lever.

Position the shift fork.

Install the shift lever, aligning the manual shift retaining pin holes.
49. Install the manual shaft retaining pin flush with the shift lever.
50. Lift the shift lever and position the selector gear, tapered end down, into the shift fork.
51. Use the Driver Handle and the Inner Axle Shaft Bearing Replacer to install the front axle shaft pilot bearing into the cluster gear.
