Check and note the differential case runout.
13. Remove the differential case from the rear axle housing and remove the differential bearings using the 2-Jaw Puller for Differential Case Bearings
and the Step Plate Adapter.
14. Use the Differential Side Bearing Replacer to install the new differential bearings on the differential case.
15. Install the differential case. Position the differential case assembly, including the bearing caps, bolts and shims in the rear axle housing. Tighten
bearing caps to specification.
