Magnetic clutch (71)

Remove, install by opening or closing the plug housing on the refrigerant compressor.

Removing and installing spring plate

Removing

Remove fan and fan hood.

Release and remove ribbed V-belt.

Hold spring plate in place using pin wrench and slacken bolt.

Remove spring plate.

Installing

Push spring plate onto compressor shaft and tighten nut to 16 ± 1.0 Nm.

Check gap using valve gauge and correct if necessary with shims.

Fit ribbed V-belt and tension.

Install fan hood and fan.
