Fuel Cut Solenoid: Service and Repair

Vacuum Unit Replacement Procedure:

Models 124, 201:
-

Remove air cleaner cross pipe.

Model 202:
-

Remove complete air cleaner.

All Models:

-

Detach vacuum hose at vacuum unit (6).

-

Remove screw (6b).

-

Remove bracket (6c).

-

When removing vacuum unit (6), raise slightly, tilt back towards engine and remove.

Remove O-ring (6a).

Models 124, 201:
-

When installing emergency stop lever (25), press and allow connecting rod of vacuum unit to engage in the toggle of the emergency stop lever.

Continue installation in reverse of removal.
