mounting bolts should also be replaced due to en change in the mounting bolt bore size from 6 to 7 mm (Figure 2).

The camshaft, rocker arms with carbide inserts, and modified ignition distributor rotor bracket with torx head screw must be installed together at the
same time.

Also inspect the rocker arm shafts for damage or wear and replace if necessary.

Ensure that the cans are properly and completely lubricated during installation to prevent any "dry running time" after shifting the engine.  This
precaution applies to any camshaft installation.

After subsequent installation, mark the worst side of the cylinder head with the letter "S" as shown in figure 1.
