Voltage Regulator: Service and Repair
With Compact Generator

Preliminary work:   

Front and center noise encapsulation removed.

Ground cable at battery

disconnect, connect.  

Electric wiring (1 and 2)

disconnect, connect.

Bolts (3)

unscrew, screw in.  

Cover (4)

unclip, clip on; press apart retaining locks (5) for this purpose.  

Screws (6)

unscrew, screw in.

NOTE:  Pay attention to installation position of regulator (7).

Catches (arrows)

press apart and remove regulator (7) to the side, insert from the side.
